Meet our Team!

Jeremy Fedors, MS is our Chief Sustainability Officer and farm manager. Jeremy joined our team in January 2020 as we were beginning the development of our infrastructure improvements. In addition to daily animal care and construction projects, he supervises volunteers, sells the produce and eggs, and completes administrative duties. He holds a Master of Science in materials science and engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. An avid outdoorsman, Jeremy is an Eagle Scout and enjoys rugged outdoor camping and hiking in his free time. He plays several musical instruments, including an ancient bamboo didgeridoo.

Dr. Susan Rich - founder of 7th Generation Foundation and Dream Catcher Meadows has dedicated her career to understanding, treating, and preventing Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders. She holds a Bachelor of Science in microbiology from North Carolina State University College of Agriculture and Life Science, a Master of Public Health in health policy and administration and a Doctorate of Medicine from the University of North Carolina, and completed a psychiatry residency at Georgetown University and a child/adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Children's National Medical Center. She is certified in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy. She is currently working toward Dream Catcher Meadows becoming a self-sufficient inclusive green care farm animal sanctuary by improving the infrastructure and partnering with community organizations with similar interests.
